That bit about writing like a robot really hits home. I’ve caught myself slipping into “corporate speak” a few times, and every time I strip it back and just write how I talk, things click way better.
And the niche thing... couldn’t agree more. Feels like so many of us start broad thinking it'll pull more people in, but it's the opposite. The tighter I’ve gone with focus, the easier it's been to actually enjoy writing too.
