Ramon raises a fair point. Notes driven reach is real but it rewards consistency over time, not immediate visibility. The deeper question for most creators is whether the audience they're slowly building is actually converting, and most don't have visibility into that until it's too late to course correct.
I admit, Substack is a refreshment. I like it here. A new city and new people. Fresh and still being built.

Most of the organic reach happens through Substack Notes. But I agree, Substack is an all-in-one platform.
